The event will be held on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th November at LendInvest’s offices and will draw from the experience of property entrepreneurs, surveyors, academics and consultants.
The founder of property development firm Urban Splash Tom Bloxham MBE will be the dinner speaker for day one of the two-day course .
Tom received his MBE for services to architecture and urban regeneration in 1999.
Despite starting out selling fire extinguishers door to door, before studying for a degree in politics, Tom, alongside architect Jonathan Falkingham, founded Urban Splash in 1993.
The property development firm has since undertaken more than 60 regeneration projects across England, created over 5,000 new homes and 2 million sq ft of workspace.
